On 27 August 2026, we visited the construction site of Elements in Amsterdam’s Amstelkwartier as part of a project visit organised by Stichting Hoogbouw, in collaboration with Arup and G&S&.

Designed by Koschuch Architects, Elements is a 70-metre-high residential tower with 144 homes, commercial spaces and a green courtyard and roof terrace. The project combines an innovative hybrid timber-steel-concrete structure with integrated solar panels and extensive greenery, bringing together high-rise living, sustainability and biodiversity.
